We are blessed by your participation and we desire to impart a steady stream of information for everyone’s use. In the future our website www.BibleInTheBoardroom.com will give you additional material that is biblically based and time proven. Bible In the Boardroom endeavors to help businesses and individuals develop insightful vision and mission statements, and productive strategic plans based on biblical values; business leadership grounded on biblical wisdom.

Individual performers, teams, managers and executives can ALL benefit from these time proven principles. Whether your organization supports a business, charity or government, biblical principles can provide the wisdom necessary for exceptional and sustainable performance. God’s transforming power through his Word can bring prosperity, peace and performance. The daily workplace will never be the same after biblical principles are applied.

As an organization we are at our genesis, but as individuals we are each seasoned by experience and the presence of the Holy Spirit. I am Brad Hays. Allow me to give you some background and history on Bible In the Boardroom.

Background on Bible in the Boardroom
In the summer of 2006 I was asked by my church to give my testimony. Part of that testimony was my commitment to “bring the Bible to the boardroom.” This dream of a ministry within the confines of the workplace is now taking flight.

Following a period of brokenness, with the help of the Holy Spirit, came my new life filled with energy to tell everyone about Jesus Christ and the wonderful peace and purpose He can bring to your life. My Pastor and mentor, Wallace Henley, told me to “camp out in Proverbs.”

I am now putting up my flag in a portion of God’s Kingdom where I have been called and prepared. God has immediately blessed this venture by adding Jason, Wallace, Jim and Robby. Collectively we are carrying the Lord’s message into a mission field called the workplace with an ever growing passion. Our purpose is to bring the wisdom contained in The Word of God into focus within the context of the contemporary business environment. We want the people in today’s workplace to receive real-world instruction from Christian business leaders and walk away with practical guidelines on how to build a Christ-led, Christ-centered career and organization.

As you participate in this online forum and glean tools and material from our website you will DISCOVER biblical principles that are proven to enhance your career and business, and you will learn how to ACTIVATE these principles in your day-to-day operations. From time to time you will hear from Christian, senior executives, on how they've applied these principles throughout their careers.

Let’s get started

Here is a question for you? Is business inherently bad? Following the collapse several corporate giants, the blogs and the bookshelves are bustling with content directed toward healing the open wound in corporate ethics. Sarbanes-Oxley regulations are throwing off implementation projects to consulting firms at an ever increasing pace. By watching FOX NEWS or CNN one could easily draw a conclusion that just being in business is bad and the larger the enterprise the grater the potential for an ethics p breach. And if the theory is true (business is inherently bad) then what can be done about it? Where is the root problem and its associated corrective measure? Let us hear from you.

Bible in the Boardroom's Mission

We exist to enhance positive corporate behavior by championing biblical principles as the foundation for excellence in personal relationships, business performance and financial responsibility.
